We are a dedicated dispute resolution practice with expertise in commercial disputes, restructuring and insolvency, and labour and employment. We have experience litigating at all levels of the Singapore Courts and before domestic and international arbitral tribunals.

We serve a broad spectrum of clients across a range of industries, including banks, insurers, private equity funds, contractors, property developers, hotel owners and insolvency practitioners.

Our director Sui Tong is an experienced advocate who appears regularly before the Singapore courts and arbitral tribunals. He also has an active insolvency practice and has been involved in many high profile corporate insolvencies and restructurings.

Our director Yik Wee has in addition to acting in numerous contentious proceedings before the Singapore Courts, also developed a steady employment practice, advising both employers and senior employees in numerous disputes. He is also active in the mediation arena and has acted as mediator /counsel in mediation proceedings (both ad hoc and institutional).
