Wan Chee has a wide range of experience in commercial and civil litigation matters including corporate insolvency, bankruptcy, shareholders’ disputes, contractual claims, defamation, employment, negligence, landlord and tenant disputes, and probate and letters of administration. She has appeared and/or assisted in proceedings at all levels of the Singapore courts.

Wan Chee’s notable cases include acting for:

• A major international bank with respect to recovery of loans made to Singapore Flyer Pte Ltd and on the related receivership and winding up applications;
• A local construction company as the major creditor in the Scheme of Arrangement of TT International Limited;
• Oriental Group Limited on restructuring, including a judicial management application taken out by its creditors;
• Hedge funds in relation to insolvency proceedings and restructuring exercises in the Cayman Islands;
